Nightlife is the old name and also the building you run. The layout question is the second one. Wiki price: $50,000. Stefanton's video spends that amount on the first club. Gobotch and others filmed club sessions under the old name. None of them, in the descriptions I checked, ship a coordinate grid I can reprint as optimal.

The February 2026 press release said 16 custom tracks. Both numbers stay, because the catalog grew or the pages disagree, and I will not collapse them.

What to decide first

Buy the club only after the office is up if cash is tight. The office is $5,000. The club is ten times that. Furnishing comes after, and I do not have item prices for every speaker and booth.
