STEAM, GOG, AND THE DEMO
Where to download the game
Criminal Empire is sold as a Windows download. Steam AppID 2774040 is the full game. Demo AppID 2820150 is free and capped at one hour. GOG also lists the game. thebossgangster.com points at Steam and the official wiki. It does not offer a browser build.
I compared the official homepage, the Steam API, and the GOG product page on 29 October 2026. The homepage button goes to Steam. GOG is a second store, not a mirror of the Steam files. I did not find an embed code, an itch.io build, or a mobile package from either publisher.
Stores that actually sell it
Steam's US price overview on 29 October 2026 was $18.99, reduced to $15.19. GOG structured data identifies its regional 24.29 list / 19.45 sale price as SGD. See the price guide for SteamDB's conflicting USD snapshot. Valve alone publishes its refund policy: requests generally qualify within 14 days with less than two hours of play.

Repacks, torrent magnets, and APKs are not official builds. A February 2026 Cyderes write-up describes infostealers shipped inside cracked game installers. Use the demo if you want to try the game without paying.
