A SHORT CAST, ON PURPOSE
People the sources name
There is no official cast page in the sources I checked, and no voice credits. The names I will use are the ones that show up in the wiki or in a Steam objective. Luigi is on the day-one dock shot: Talk to Luigi. Don Carlo is named in a chapter 32 line, Go to the place Don Carlo mentioned. The rival families are the Vice Kings and the Kurohana Syndicate.
Your character is the boss. Capos are promoted members, not a separate biography. I am not writing childhood lore for any of them. If a credit roll appears in a later patch, the Don Carlo page is where a voice actor would go, and today that cell is empty.
Named so far
A blank means the source did not say.
| Name | What is known |
|---|---|
| Luigi | Day-one objective in a Steam screenshot |
| Don Carlo | Chapter 32 objective on the wiki. A car job in a Steam thread. |
| Vice Kings | Rival family. First elimination achievement names them. |
| Kurohana Syndicate | The other rival family on the wiki |
| Voice actors | Not published in the sources checked |
Questions
Who is the main character?
You play the boss. The wiki does not give that role a separate public biography in the section I used.
Is there a voice-actor list?
I did not find credits, an IMDb entry, or an official character page on 29 October 2026.
Keep going
Don Carlo
The car job, and the missing credit.
Vice Kings
Not the Saints Row gang.
Ending
Win conditions, not a cutscene summary.

The people you hire.
