How to expand promoted-Capo capacity
Buy the Office upgrade node, pay the cash upgrade and ensure a free seat. Office L2 costs $100,000 after its 100-point FV unlock; L3 costs $250,000 after its 300-point node. Promotion also needs the 900-point FV promotion unlock and 250 Prestige per eligible member.
Why other slot counts do not answer this question
Warehouse chemist positions, club staff positions and car passenger seats belong to separate systems. They cannot be added together to infer family capacity. The sources reviewed here do not establish why a generic Hire button would be disabled; no cause is inferred from the Office Capo limit.
