Healing by character and situation
For the player character, a Steam discussion recommends hospital treatment and also sleep. Those are reports from one thread, not two independent confirmations. Injured family members and warehouse employees have separate recovery interfaces described by the official wiki.

Family member cannot return to work
The wiki distinguishes hospital, prison and captivity. Open the relevant interface and resolve recovery or release first. Warehouse health keeps dropping
The wiki says polluted air damages warehouse workers. Rest restores health; masks reduce damage and ventilation controls pollution. Automatic Break Room use also needs its unlock, the warehouse rest setting enabled, and an available room. A ventilation upgrade alone does not restore health already lost. Hospital treatment leaves the camera at the club

The 28 October performance hotfix does not explicitly name this issue, so there is no confirmed fix or workaround in the cited material.

Can I buy a medkit or food to heal?
No supported medkit vendor, healing-food effect or price was found in these sources. That is an evidence gap, not proof that no such item can exist.
Is sleep confirmed?
