Don Carlo's job

Don Carlo is not Carlo Gambino and not the opera Don Carlos. Inside this game, the wiki uses his name on a chapter 32 objective. A Steam thread says his mission is to steal a car and deliver it to the port, and that the port has a mechanic who is not marked on the map. That mechanic tip is one thread.

A video title from the Nightlife period mentions Don Carlo and the Yellow Fiddle. I have not used that video as proof of a quest step, because a title is not a transcript I verified. The voice actor search has no answer here. There is no credit list on the store page I read.

What to do with the car

Follow the objective to the port. Players say the drop involves a mechanic who is easy to miss because the map does not mark him. I do not have a coordinate. If the car is damaged, the stolen-car payout formulas on the money page disagree with each other, so I will not promise a dollar figure for this delivery.
